The Superfood Blend (300g) is no ordinary superfood shake - this Soil Association organic, high-fibre combination contains over 35 green foods, vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs, algae, mushrooms and seeds - organic vegan nutrition made easy, with naturally high food form vitamin C content, as well as plant protein.
A great all-round supplement to support immunity, digestion (bulk), energy levels, cleansing, detoxification and alkalising of the body.
Mix 11/2 heaped scoops (15g) into water, fruit or vegetable juice, coconut milk, almond milk etc. Stir or use a blender. You can also add fresh fruits and blend it into an organic foods and vitamin-boosting smoothie. Use 1 to 3 times per day.
What's in The Superfood Blend?
This blend contains the following ingredients, in concentrated powder form:
Green foods and herbs:
Pre-sprouted activated barley, wheat grass, quinoa, barley grass leaf, alfalfa, Ascophyllum (kelp), spirulina, chlorella, nettle, olive leaf, parsley leaf, green tea leaf, peppermint leaf, moringa leaf, Siberian ginseng, turmeric and black pepper.
Fruit and berries:
Apple, acai berry, bilberry fruit, baobab fruit pulp, lucuma, Acerola cherry and blueberry.
Vegetables:
Beetroot, carrot root, maca root, asparagus root, kale, broccoli and spinach leaf.
Seeds:
Linseed / flaxseed and fennel seed.
Mushrooms:
Almond mushroom, chaga mushroom, cordyceps mushroom, lion's mane mushroom, maitake mushroom, reishi mushroom and shiitake mushroom.
And vitamin C:
Providing 23% NRV (nutrient reference value).

- Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, protection of cells from oxidative stress, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E and increases iron absorption.
